Go to app.mychagiga.com/login, enter your email and password and sign in. If you turned on two-step sign-in you will then be asked for the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. Sign-in is rate-limited (10 attempts per 10 minutes), so repeated wrong passwords lock you out briefly; wait a few minutes and try again.
