The sidebar lists the steps of planning the event you have selected, grouped into planning the event, guests and extras. Use the event switcher at the top to pick another event or start a new one. A lock icon next to a page means that page needs a bigger plan. The Setup checklist at the bottom of the sidebar shows what is left to do and jumps you straight to it.
